The setup

A 6-person commercial studio shooting brand films for DTC and lifestyle clients ran their whole pipeline on a duct-taped stack: HoneyBook + StudioBinder + Notion + QuickBooks + DocuSign + Slack + Google Sheets.

The problem

Leads came into HoneyBook, but shot plans lived in StudioBinder — no link between them.
Crew got booked in Notion docs, paid through Zelle, W-9s tracked in a Google Sheet.
